We also collect an e-mail address for a parent or guardian of each participant, so that we may send a notification that the child has entered and explain our privacy policies and procedures. Before a prize is sent out to any winner, the winner, together with a parent or guardian, must sign and return to Imagination-farms.com the eligibility and release form (the "Release") contained in the e-mail the winner receives. If the Release is not returned to us within the time period noted, the winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner is chosen. We never use these e-mail addresses to contact a potential winner a second time, and the e-mail addresses are deleted after the end of the contest.
